What are the accommodation options?

Q:
Is there food at the hotel?
A:

Yes! The hotel has multiple restaurants and cafés, and there are plenty of great dining options within walking distance for you to explore.

Q:
How much is parking?
A:

The hotel offers valet parking only, with an exclusive 20% discount for our group. However, we highly recommend using rideshare services or parking at nearby public lots for a more convenient and cost-effective option. Plan ahead and enjoy the festival stress-free!

What airport should I fly in to?
A:

Festival Hotel Location:

– 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) – The closest and most convenient option!
– 35 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA) – Another great option, but a bit farther.
For the easiest travel experience, we recommend flying into FLL if possible.

What are the dance styles?
A:

Sensual Bachata Fusion, Urban Kizomba Fusion and Zouk Fusion.

Q:
Will there be separate rooms and DJs for each dance style?
A:

Yes, there will be 3 separate rooms and DJs.

Q:
What covid-19 precautions are taking place at the event?
A:

Will comply with local ordinances at the time of the event, currently, there are no restrictions

Q:
Do you provide refunds or transfers?
A:

All tickets are non-refundable. However, if for some reason you are unable to attend simply purchase a transfer voucher and bring it in with you to a future event, or if you sell give it to the purchaser with the original ticket to show at the door.

Pass Options Q&A
A:

We’ve made passes more affordable and flexible so you only pay for what you want!

Single-genre full pass – $179 (Bachata, Kizomba, or Zouk).
Add a second style – Just $50 when you buy a full pass for Bachata or Kizomba (Zouk add-on TBD).
Example: Bachata pass ($179) + Kizomba Pass add-on ($50) = $229 (both options less than the previous full $290 pass).
Other add-ons – VIP, master, Jack & Jill, and evening passes will be available online or at the door.

Important Notes:

– A full pass includes classes and social dancing for that style only—add another style if you want more!
– Only full passes include pool and beach parties (evening passes do not).
Choose the best pass for you and dance the weekend away!

How may I sign up to perform and can the performance be in any genre?
A:

Yes, all performances over 4 people are welcome, any under will need be on a case by case basis. Please go to the Facebook page and send in your request.

Q:
I am an instructor interested in teaching at the event?
A:

If you think you fit one of the 3 specific dance styles, go to the Facebook page and send in your demo, work experience and explain how you might be able to add value. If there is an opening or need, you may be considered.

Q:
Do you accept volunteers in exchange for a full pass?
A:

Yes, there are many positions available, setting up, breaking down, marketing, picking up and driving artists, general operations, etc. Please go to the Facebook page to request a volunteer position.

Q:
Are you taking taxi dancers?
A:

Yes, national and international taxi dancers are welcome but there will be a limit and a required min of 2 hours of dancing each night as a taxi.
